WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching is a professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, relationships, and careers, allowing them to bridge the gap between where they are now and where they want to be.


Coaches partner with their clients to design the life they want, bring out their clients’ own brilliance and resources so that they can achieve excellence and create purposeful, extraordinary lives.


By creating clarity, coaching moves the client into action, accelerating their progress by providing greater focus and awareness of all the possibilities which exist to create fulfilling lives.

Coaches work with the client to identify goals and set up action plans to achieve these goals, providing motivation and guidance at every step. 

COACHING VS. THERAPY

Coaching is focused on taking you from the present to where you want to be in the future, while therapy is dealing with the past and is focused on treating the mental health condition. Coaching is about growth, accountability, and goal-directed self-improvement — not treating an illness.

  • While coaching will certainly help you gain self-awareness and understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviors, the goal of coaching is not gaining insight or processing the past. Coaching will emphasize the action-oriented parts of change, and focus on real-world results.

  • In coaching you will set goals, make an actionable step-by-step plan to attain those goals, build your skill set so that you know how to do what needs to be done in order to attain your goals, and get both support and accountability for following through.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH A COACH?

The benefits of working with a coach varies from client to client based on their  needs. I have seen some of my clients take actions that they never considered  possible or overcome sticking points that they thought were insurmountable.  Others see a shift in mindset that helps them take an important next step. They  often gain confidence as they take action and make changes, which can spread  to other areas of their lives, in the form of better relationships, work-life  balance, or general improvements in life satisfaction.

CAN I BOOK AN INTAKE SESSION?

Yes, you can schedule a 30-minute complementary session to discuss what brings you coaching, what results you are hoping to achieve, and if coaching is a good fit for you.

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

My rates vary depending on whether you are interested in purchasing one of my speciality packages or one-on-one coaching. Generally, if you purchase a 12-week package you will receive a 10% off of my one-on-one rates. 

Overview of my rates: 

Individual career coaching:  $199/hr

Individual life coaching: $149/hr

Individual Relationship coaching: $199/hr

Couples Relationship Coaching: $249/hr
